What does the Emergency Response Team do for you?
A member of your family is found needing assistance.
If anyone from your registered family is found ill injured or simply needing help; providing they are wearing their BEIDS wristband or carrying any item of property with a BEIDS ID tag attached, when they are found the finder is able to call the 24/7 Emergency Response Team. As soon as we receive the call we will begin the process of notifying you, who has been found, wherethey are, who is looking after them now, where they are being taken and the name and contactdetails for the person looking after them.
An item of personal property belonging to a member of your family is found.
Once again, provided the property is displaying a BEIDS ID badge, the finder is able to call the Emergency Response Team. They will take contact details of the finder and pass them on to you.
How does the team actually contact you?
We take responsibility for contacting you – no matter how long it takes! Your BEIDS register is able to record as many points of contact as you may wish to provide. TheEmergency Response Team will telephone you and your alternative contacts in the manner yourequire. Importantly they will continue to telephone you until contact is made and there will be a fullrecord of every telephone number called and the result.
